Home Equity Credit Line Review Officer (available in:
Phoenix)

The Credit Officer is responsible for supporting Home Equity Operations, Sales and Risk Management. The individual will be required to underwrite Home Equity exception transactions submitted by our origination channels. The individual will be responsible for reviewing maturing Home Equity lines of credit to determine ability to extend, renew or place in repayment and communicate appropriate decision. Credit Officer will be required to service incoming customer calls regarding line of credit questions along with calls from others within the organization.
Qualifications :
Minimum 2 years experience underwriting consumer Home Equity or Mortgage loan transactions within Loan Center environment which would include making credit decisions.
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced, high production environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
