Decide the probability of attrition on the account Evaluate risk and revenue for appropriate pricing action. Build a rapport with each Customer, understand "Who is this Customer?" and maintain Customer loyalty . Employ effective questioning and listening skills to determine Customer needs. Determine the most effective tool to slow balance attrition and ensure a continued profitable relationship. Offer balance transfers to move existing balances from competitors.
Selling companion accounts and other products, such as; credit protection, privacy assist and mortgage products.
Required Skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified.
* 18-24 months of Customer contact experience
* Professional oral and written communication skills
* Strong analytical skills
* Proficient knowledge of credit card products and services including Federal Consumer Credit Regulations
