My associate’s broker is direct to compilers and can get your buyer an LOA. All parties involved in the transaction including the buyer and the buyer’s rep must sign a NCND first hand. Therefore the buyer would get a LOA sent directly to him. After this takes place my associate requires the buyer to fill out the Investor Profile Form, Purchase Order Request Form and Fee Agreement.
